Engine Coolant Preheaters for Different Engine Capacities

The Stallion Engine Preheater range is designed to heat engine coolant before startup. The product range includes compact vertical preheaters, horizontal inline heaters, temperature-controlled units and pump-assisted preheating systems, providing different configurations for varying engine capacities and installation requirements.

Heating outputs range from 500W to 9000W, with AC 240V single-phase, AC 415V three-phase and DC 48V options. Depending on the selected model, the range supports engine capacities from approximately 2L to 75L. Compact engine preheaters use Ø16mm coolant connections, while medium- and high-capacity models use 1-inch NPT inlet and outlet connections.

Selected models include temperature-control switches, digital control interfaces, alarm indication and integrated coolant circulation pumps. The range is listed with IP44 protection, 10MΩ insulation resistance, 1800V voltage strength and heater chambers pressure tested to at least 0.5MPa.

Compact Engine Preheaters

Compact AC and DC models are available for engine capacities from approximately 2L to 7L.

Medium-Capacity Preheaters

Inline 2000W and 2500W models are available for approximately 10L and 13L engines.

High-Capacity Preheaters

AC 240V models from 3000W to 5000W are available for engine capacities up to approximately 25L.

Pump-Assisted Systems

Selected models combine a heater, coolant circulation pump and control components in one assembly.

Single-Phase Options

AC 240V single-phase models are available across multiple power and engine-capacity ranges.

Three-Phase Options

AC 415V three-phase models provide outputs from 4500W to 9000W for engine capacities up to approximately 75L.
